HKCHOMIA 香港粗未呀 was founded by two visionary leaders Ir Prof Hill Wai and Battery Li, in the basement of the HKPC Building in 2011. Our mission is to tirelessly promote the healthy and meticulous use of CHO sausages in all shapes and flavors. The association has achieved important milestones throughout the years by consuming sausages anywhere and anytime. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the foundation of HKCHOMIA, we are committed to continue our mission and bring CHO sausages to every corner of the universe.
